Help To update my bot!

Hey, I got Bmega bot, and it won't update from 9.60 to 9.70, anyone know how to do? When i updated it in the past, i always gained a "update" file into the bot map, but i won't get that now, and on the website it says the 9.70 update is avaible but i'm stuck at 9.60, i'm thankfull for all the help i can get!
