You need decent eq: p-set, knight axe / wyvern fang and cash in bank (it buys up to 50 mana potions)
Tested on 31 lvl knight with skills 78/71
I used: b robe, k legs, warrior helmet, beastslayer axe, tower shield and leather boots
There was no need to use single mana potion yet for me.
