It's almost impossible that the same tool can work properly with the two "bots" that are being totally different and use different programming language.

Its not the same tool. Lookeyy BBot Tool and Lookey IBot Tool don't have the same assembly-code. There is a diference in two functions in code. If you are using reflector to re-assembly the code than result will be freakbecause I'm using a tool to encrypt the code.

I open both programs in the ollydbg and checked the assembly code.
You also used the Eazfuscator.NET (http://www.gapotchenko.com/eazfuscator.net) in trial mode and now your program has expired.
