I was inactive therefore I don't know what Bbot macros are capable of now, however, I think it is possible by using the inbuilt "Target.Health" macros function.
Something like if Target.Health increases by "x"% then it plays an alarm.
I'm little bit busy with university right now, preparing for tomorrows exam. But sometime soon I'll surely take a look at this.
