The number 1 is the range, it will try to find that ID 9999 in 1 SQM range of the coordinates you have provided. If you put the coordinates in the middle of a room and place range 9, it will walk and use the item ID 9999 anywhere in your screen. But since you said there are vaults close to each other, it's safer to make one macro for each one with range 1.
