Add it to macros:

[macro]0 {OpeningHole} Map.UseOn(3457, 231, 33214, 32552, 7, 3)[/macro]

then replace this exact point:
MapTool (33213 32552 7:Target: 231 Use: 3457 Pos: 33214 32552 7)

with:
Macro (33213 32552 7:OpeningHole)
