Request Macro - Use spell on monster when mana full

Hello Guys,

I need a script which uses a spell i.e. 'exori frigo' when mana is at 100% but only when attacking a monster, because if there is no monster I can get a white skull. So If I am attacking a monster, And i have full Mana then I want to use the spell.
