Both macros are working for me ;d Check them. If You aren't sure, post screenshots here.

Misc.ItemCountEx(268)>=26
Self.Mana%<=50
Tibia.SendKey(113)

And:

Misc.ItemCountEx(268)>=26
Self.Mana%>=95
Self.Say(exura gran)
