Probably you had recconect function turned on without any protection. Your character have had died somewhere and then it has reconnected and then it was going from temple to exp place without any pots so your character was dying over and over.
You should put your character on some temple where bbot cant go out , like venores one, or use some script to prevent from recconect after dead (like close client if temple pos) or just dont use rconnect function
