Help me following monster

Hello i got a problem , when random monster has a red hp, bbot dont follow him just stay at the place and wait.. Can someone tell me why ? what should i do ? Please.

Also i got a question is it possible to configure bbot that when someone is asking me something that bot will say what? or hello?
