I tried to buy licence via ZayPay from Poland. I called a number, wrote PIN number and after that automat said 'service temporarily unavailable' but still it tooks me 8PLN (13,20PLN required to pay for licence!) So it took my cash and I dont have licence and I dont have money now.Angry
