I could do a script for spirit grounds - intermediate level would be about 350k/hour
The only way to get 450kh botting 200 ms is medusa/ss or souleater mountains and i guess both will be full of ppl
Test spirit grounds.. luring and killing with gfb/thu?
I botted there on 230 ms and got 270k/hour with exori vis/flam so as i said with gfb could get about 350~
By the way: very good profit
Another respawn is minotaur in oramond.. respawn with execowtioners
