Manage Account & Profile - Clear it?

It's possible to clear it, cuz I found at the folder 'Data' a file with name accounts there got the accounts, but it ok to clear it manually?

or got somewhere to make it...

Mega, could u make a easy way to clear it? Just a Suggest
