I made one tutorial about this and I'm waiting for aproval to be posted in tutorial section.
Basicaly you have to use the comand Tibia.IsKeyDown(VirtualKeyCode) before the other macros and set it manualy.
VirtualKeyCode you can find easyly on the internet for your operational sistem.
