and its not even close to 40kk btw
average price is like 2.1 now

And I think price is fair
4900 prem points on hexera, which gives u 44 (and half) prem scrolls cost like 12 euro (50 PLN)
Therefore 30day bbot for 15/44 * 12 =~ 4.1 euro (18 PLN) = 6 beers Smile
