Well, depending on your level you can use
1000 {slimekiller} Misc.ItemCountEx(268)<10 Self.Say(exori)


Or one with a rune area (ex: GFB)
1000 {slimekiller} Misc.ItemCountEx(268)<10 Target.Shoot(ID Rune)
