Pause/Start Cavebot, Macro

Is many ways to do it. What u exactly need ?
Stop it in some spot? Stop it after some action or what ?
Manual macro cavebot.stop
Delay 300
Macro cavebot start.

I just need something a "macro" that can pause the cavebot for some minutes and unpause it
for expamle:
Waypoint 1
macro "pause cavebot for 3 minutes"/unpause
waypoint 2
waypoint 3
waypoint4
etc etc.
