I wanna make highest pg script where bot wont do mistake if have to shot rune will do it cuz in adv attacker sometimes casting spells cuz on rune you must be stand and exhaust is longer than spell

All attacking spells/runes have same base exhaust 2000 ms
some of the spells have cooldown, but it doesnt affect exhaust. it only makes spell unusable for longer time..

and please try rephrase that sentence, I don't understand half of it.
