Avability to moderate all eq equip unequip swap

Easly done by macros,
also done faster by SendKey command (using one myself to swap between 1 and 2 hand)



Maybe trainer upgrade would be nice, for some people, never actually used it, never needed, offline training is enough for me.

But i'm sure i would figure something out if i had to.
