If non pvp server only set cavebot settings : walk over player, when other server via pvp set walk avoid stay one sqm before rope place and use map tools or this macro "Map.UseOn(ID, OnID, X, Y, Z, Range)" . And yes you can pick up items from the map use only macro like " Map.PickUp(ID, Count, ContainerTo, X, Y, Z) " or if you wanna pick up items not only with place when you stand you can use range macro like this " Map.PickUpEx(ID, Count, ContainerTo, X, Y, Z, Range) "
