Summon 200+ Macro

Any macro for summoning the lvl 200 dudes every 30 min? macros are my weakness <.<

I use two macro. Check it.

5 {Summ} !summons==1 VarAdd(Summon, 1) !Summon!>=60000 Summons:=0

5 {Summon} !Summons==0 Self.Say(ur spell) Summon:=1 Summons:=1

About that summons, how exactly they work?
Are they always following you? (ladders, stairs etc)
How fast are they, (can you run away from them?)
Do they last shorter time than spell cooldown?
What are names of summoned Creatures.
If its possible to run away from them for a moment, how long can be that moment?


I was thinking about similar macro to my Wand of darkness one
except instead of checking for item id, it would check for creature name and cool down.

But i need first to understand that spell/summon, and since i dont play any server for almost 2 years, i cant rly test all that myself.
