Help attack macro

Hey i want macro whenever i attack someone a want a macro to use (exevo gran mas vis) i play ot and this would be very helpful. Attacks sequenze doesn't work becouse i need to add all creatures that i want it to use on and it doesn't work with players? So whenever i begin attacking something creature or player i want to use exevo gran mas vis.

Someone help pls

Thanks but that was not what i was looking for. I only want it to use the spell when i (BEGIN) to attack someone not if someone is just on the screen . So a macro to use UE when i start attacking any monster or player.
