Unfortunately it's still not possible to pickup items from Depot.

Well it is.
1. Make AutoMacro:
1000 {RefillSpear} Self.Inventory.LeftHand.Count()<10 Self.Equip.LeftHand(3277)

2. Make waypoint NEXT TO DEPOT CHEST
3. Add DELAYED WAYPOINT to 10-15 sec //depends on how meny spears u need to refill
4. PROFIT!!!

It should work.
