Hey, Im not linux expert, but you can try to run bbot on wine. Its low chance that it will work but give it a try and please share.
Also you can try to run tibia and bbot on wine. Mainly its written in C++ and client should behave same as on windows.

Hello. Today I installed Ubuntu (lastest version) on my old pc. Specs:
Pentium 4 2.4GHz
512MB DDRam
GeForce 2 MX 400 64MB
etc.
I installed Wine, Tibia Windows Client and BBot.
IT IS WORKING ABSOLUTELY NORMAL
Here's the proof:

That's amazing! I love to see it!

How is the stability of Tibia on Wine?
#8
Windows Tibia Client is working stable on Wine. It is better than Linux client, because it is more supported by CipSoft and it hasn't got so many bugs. Some years ago I was playing Tibia on older Ubuntu (with wine of course) and it was stable too (without any bot), so I think there's no difference between Windows/Linux with Windows client.

Good to know, because the Linux Client crashs a lot, I wanted to know about running the Windows version on Wine would be stable.

Thanks for the info, post your mail and I give you 30 days.

I hope my expieriences are helpful for BBot and Linux users, my e-mail is [email protected]
Also you should have graphics drivers installed (I haven't done it and that's why I can run it only good on DX5 - with DX9 I have artifacts and OpenGL is not working)
Thank You very much Smile
