2. Check if you have more than 60 points (with less than 60 points you cant withdraw)
3. Read the "Withdraw" section, there's a link ("click here") to withdraw (if you have more than 60 points).

You can only withdraw Community Points when you reach 50 or more points , by withdrawing 50 points you earn a 50 days free payment.
