Bot Error

Hello, I have already searched other posts on this subject and tried everything they say and i still get error 7000000 i just bought the bot 2 days ago and it never worked since.. my premium time is activated and i am using the right user name and password it works on the site fine, and i even tried to change my password and i still get the same problem whats wrong? Did i just pay money for nothing?

What anti-vírus do you use? Make sure the antivirus or firewall are blocking bbot.

Everything works now with new 10.11 version
