some people say it's possible with new system in other forums
and I checked a youtube video about it, and the death date of one target in tibiaring, he died after the 10.0 update of june, he actually died in august from the people in the video, while red skull

I've heard of people trapping someone, luring creatures, thus forcing the player to use an area spell, like Exori, and putting a summon amongst the creatures, when the player hit's the summon, they kill themselves to creatures.

I'm not sure, area spells will hit summons while in Dove mode, and if he will get unjust by your death only by hitting your summon, but maybe you should try that?

But if the person is on safe mode he can't kill another one. This video that u saw on youtube, probably the person wich get red skull wasn't in safe mode.

Indeed there is a way, I found out the bug by myself after some hours of testing xD
