Macro Utani hur when...

Hello, I need macro which will cast utani hur when my character dont attack any monster during last 10 sec. Ofc I'll give REP+

Misc.AttackersCount(10)<1
Self.Say(utani hur)

?? i think it will work, but i dont sure about Misc.AttackersCount()
