Try this macro:
[macro]1000 {SafeRune} IDRune:=XXXX creature:=Creature.Attacking() Self.Attacking()==01 Creatures.OnScreen()>=4 Creature.ShootOn(!creature!, !IDRune!) Exit()[/macro] Change the XXXX by gfb/ava ID.

I make that:
1000 {SafeRune} IDRune:=3161 creature:=Creature.Attacking() Self.Attacking()==01 Creatures.OnScreen()>=4 Creature.ShootOn(!creature!, !IDRune!) Exit() and thats not working. Its attacking when player on screen?

Edit: LOL. This macro attack rune ONLY when someone at screen.... Its not safe... Edit2: I fix bug. Now its working. I need now safe exori/exori gran when 3+ mobs. Exori ico/hur when 1-2 mobs.

Just change the values of variables.
