how time i must wait for this block.. i have variables IP, I dont share this bot and all time i have fucking BLOCK! what i need do? i pay for this and i cant use it!

NEED HELP, anyone have any suggestions on how I can prevent this?
Unfortunately, I have to turn off the computer a few times a day and my IP is changing...
