I cant log on my bbot

i have been trying to log on my bbot but i cant..
every time i start the application and try to log on it, it crashes down..
please help me

i have download the newest Microsoft Framework and this: Windows x86: install MSVC2008 Runtime Redistribution and MSVC2008 Runtime Redistribution Service Pack 1

i checked if there was a problem with my antivirus

none of this worked..

HELP PLEASE!!!!!
