I ordered a combination for less than 9 zł taking into account the amount of 13 zł. After a minute, the status of 85% of the disconnected connection, and the status on the same. Please help!

I did not get anything, as the transaction is stopped at 85%. I have written the address www of the transaction
The transaction did not succeed even though the account had about 20 zł.
