problem with receiving / Lack of consideration with customers

A problem in receiving the "premmy" I bought occurred. I sent 3 emails exactly the same format that is requested and not received any email back let alone my days premmy. This is absurd because we are customers and made a payment demand and receive the product (premmy days) for which I paid. I made a payment via phone message and ps credits have been spent but the days premmy not arrived.
