Just make :
0 {Ringdown} Self.UnEquip.Ring(0)
0 {Ringup} Self.Equip.Ring(3049)

and in waypoints just add
Macro (23889 29392 7:Ringup)

(Add MACRO in waypoint, and select that from list)
