How to reproduce the bug: Keep target to dead if can use spells

To often change target
when 2 or more hydras on screen atacking 1 of them and usually on red or yellow hp bot change target to other hydra. By this I've got more waste on resp.
MegaNobody can u do something like that if bot using spells or runes keep this target to dead?
Changing target is good is some1 trying to kill us by mobs but on hydras is a lot of waste cus they're healing fast
