BBot not works correctly after computer format

Hi, After I've formatted my computer (and installed all important stuff) my Bbot stop working correctly. On login screen if I click on Login with blank fields (Email and Password) the bot open on character screen without show any character. If try with correct/ incorrect password and email, show the same. I already had installed the Visual Basic 2008/2013 x64, Net Framework and all main drivers.

My O.S. is: Win 7 x64 SP1
