Every time I open it closes quickly bbot

Bought and validei the bbot less than two days. Today when I went to use it opened, but closed soon after. I have already installed the C + + programs and nothing. What should I do?. (Comprei e validei o Bbot a menos de dois dias. Hoje quando fui usar ele abria, mas fecha logo em seguida. Já instalei os programas C++ e nada. O que devo fazer?)
