multi client not working (tibia preview)

So...basically the mc for the new tibia preview doesn't work properly for me..
i already downloaded again bbot, downloaded again tibia preview client, nothing.
it was working in the earlier version
what is happening? in the device menager(ctrl alt del) there are 3 tibias if i try to open 3x mc, but the tibia window doesn't show op, the bbot freezes (no answer) + the hourglass icon
what can i do?
i really need mc?
maybe i can download mc from somewhere else?
