Write a test for me, if possible. Call your service provider and check why the sms you sent to zaypay did not work. I'm guessing this is problem with operator, for several Brazilians are hurting with zayapy.
Do this and pass me a feedback.

well i can sed sms for my gf but zaypay is not working for me i guess, Vivo operator ;x

Tested using TIM by SMS it went OK.
