Latest Tibia version, Bot 3.71 [Alert not working]

I have a weird problem with the Alert in the protector, I put it for sound when a player is on screen and then activate it and when a player comes on screen it shows the red writing on the top of the screen saying click here to pause the sound but it does not play any sound. I can hear music and everything else from my speakers just no alert sound how can i fix this?

Windows Version: Windows 7
Firewall Version: Norton

Hmmm, Still no sound. Is there a way I can change the Mp3 file of the alert and test it with something else?

Yes, just put the sound on /Data directory.
