NEED HELP WITH MACRO

hey
i have this 2 macros:
1000 {Rod in Hand} Self.Mana>=X Self.Equip.LeftHand(IDROD)
1000 {Sword in Hand} Self.Mana<X Self.Equip.LeftHand(IDSWORD)

but, i need to add an option: when the macro equip the rod change the type attack to defensive attack, and when it equip the sword change to offensive attack

I've searched something in the macro section, but i think It's not possible to do that

I think it will be only possible if tibia has a shortcut to change this mode like ctrl+something, that's just a guess... I think tibia doesn't have it..
