A macro that if I want to move North but there is an X item in the way, uses Y item on X item when I walk to North to remove it

x item id 2129
y item id 669

something like this

I want to move north but there is an X item (wall) in the way



but uses Y item when I move north and move north at same time



I need that no only uses in the north sqm, I need that use it anyway that I move
