EK Mammoths Fix Please (refill)

I tried this script: http://forums.bmega.net/thread-20806.html but my ek can stay there until he runs out of mp and hp and then he dies, can somebody fix it for me, so he'll go to svargrond when mp and hp are low and cap is low? ill send rep++. Help please!

Edit: does it have something to do with this line??
