"free account" even though i have premiumtime

I bought time for Bbot for not so long ago. The problem is, since the new tibia update, i can't open Bbot. It says " Free account please buy premium" even though i have premium time already on both tibia AND Bbot.... what is the problem!?!?
 Please help me
