[Macro] Priorize rune over spell

i alredy got a macro that use thunderstorms vs 2+ monsters, but when this ocurs my bot try to use exori vis, at the same time that keep trying to use thunderstorms.

so need a macro tha priorize use the rune over exori vis when 2+ monsters on screen
