I bought bbot and sent a support ticket to paygol, here is the message:

Today i bought bbot, on this website bbot.bmega.net/ using your payment method by sms, paygol, when i sent the sms nothing happened and after thirty minutes cashed twice the price of the product, 15 days of premmium, but I just received one product, and I ended up paying for two. I would like to at least win two products, since I paid for two and got one. Thanks for help. my number is - personal info -, i have prints too, if you need.

and the answer was:

Dear user,

This happened because your phone operator suffered a delay when sending the notification to us, unfortunately this is out of our control. We have fixed this manually in our system so both payments show correctly in the seller's reports, so please ask him to give you the additional product manually after checking your phone number (i will not put my number here by security questions) (PIN search will not work correctly in this case due to this problem), since it's not possible to use a single PIN twice through our system.

so they told me the problem its with bbot, so i came here, please, if anybody could help me...

Yes, now You must be patient. Support have 2-5days to answer, if all be fine You receive extra days premium Smile
