Action for reports

Hey I need macro, that if see player named "xxx" he start to report him and write "blab blab balbal" - here i will put what i want.
If some have it or can make it for me i would be glad.
Of course i can pay for it. ;D

I think it's still not possible for bbot
I could manage to do a macro with a "tasker" but the char would report all the players that goes trough the screen.. anyway i'll see if it's possible with bbot
