wrong account or password + block

when i logged in to my bbot and choose character form a list - it says wrong account or password every time, now i got account block for 15 minutes. What should i do?

i had reseted my password previously. and it does not work. now i get :
Error email not found or exceeded lost password limit (you can ask one temporary password per 6 hour)
