PC Doctor needed!

Hiya. I have got that error in my pc. It switching off in 1-3 mins after start. Doesn't matter what I load. Bios. Windows safe mode, normal mode or boot from cd. I cleaned up all dust and changed thermal paste. I cannot loose my date from hdd. Does it might be cause in any part? Or just windows error?

some change hardware? install some software recently?blue screen?? if yes msg of blue screen is possible?

No.. nothing.
Just after short time shutting down like unplugged. All fans stopping work. In few sec they are starting again but no result on screen
