Disabled Killer

I have one question and hope that u will answer this :>
So in my killer I dont have options to use spells like Exori Vis or Exori ico/hur
I am sure for 100% in that its not my foul and My bot is damaged or smth.
If someone will be that good and can help me would be [b]AWESOME

advanced attack --> name = Evis --> action --> manage attack sequences --> name = Evis --> Spell = exori vis --> Add Spell --> Save --> Back --> action = Evis --> double click on last on list (double click to add) --> monster name --> select Single Target(normal attack) --> Save
